- Protect against household dirt and stains
- Provides water and oil repellent protection
- Heat resistance (Hot tire pickup resistant)

Performance:

- Meets Chemical Resistance test CAN/CGSB-25.20-95 for floor surface sealers (Type 1).
- Meets Static Coefficient of Friction test ASTM D2047 for polished-coated floor surfaces.

Environmental Data:

- Low VOC: < 225gr / litre
- Biodegradable. In conformity with OCDE 301 E rule.
